Born 1922 (BDM WA 103133/1922).
Sheila travelled to China in March 1925 aboard the SS Centaur to receive an education in Shanghai. As she was a young child when she left Australia, it was difficult to obtain clear fingerprints/handprints from her at the time that would later assist in identifying her on her return.
In 1935, an application was made to extend her exemption certificate to March 1945. She attended the 'Shanghai Municipal School for Foreign Girls'. Sheila returned to Australia in December 1939, arrived in Sydney.
