DescriptionAlbert Young Hassell and his brother Arthur Wollaston Hassell, the sons of John Hassell, were large landholders and pastoralists in the Albany area, running Kendenup and Jerramungup Stations, as well as several smaller holdings. The Hassell family were one of the largest employers of Chinese labour in the area.
The partnership was dissolved in 1886.
