Biographical informationAh Kit (1) arrived in Western Australia in 1875. He was a cousin of Ah Loo (1).
He worked as a shepherd for the Hassell family at Kendenup and Jerramungup. He married an Aboriginal woman and they had a son who was a good athlete and football player in Albany. In his old age he lived in a small cottage and performed outdoor work at Hassell's Albany residence, 'Hillside'.
