Biographical informationAh Sing (31) was employed by James Clark & Co. Onslow, as a cook in 1893. He was dismissed from service in July 1893 for allowing 'maggots in the meat'. Ah Sing was a witness at the inquest on Ah Hing (21) who died on 7 July 1893 (C).
