Biographical informationLydia (Linda) Maude Kathleen Sue (née Stewart) was born in 1912 in Tynemouth, Northumberland, England. She was the daughter of Samuel Hardie Stewart (1871-1947) and Mary Ann Lowes (1871-1944). She migrated with her parents to Western Australia.
She married Douglas Roy Sue in July 1935 in York, Western Australia. They had at least two children: Valerie (b. 1935) and Delores (b. 1941).
The family home was at 117 Herbert Road, Shenton Park.
