WANG AH KEY

Description

Biographical informationWang Ah Key was born in November 1864 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in 1895. He was five feet seven inches in height. He was the husband of Grace Wang Ah Key.

He worked as the owner and manager of W. Ah Key and Co., 165 William Street, Perth from 1898. In 1902, he applied for Domicile Certificates on behalf of several Chinese associated with his firm. He attended the Presbyterian Mission School in 1909. He also had market gardens in Suburban Road, South Perth.
