Biographical informationKing Millicent, née Capps, was born in about 1875 in Shopshire, England, daughter of Harvey Capps and Elizabeth Annie Read (BDM 1946/4900134). She migrated to Western Australia in 1909.

She married Low King in 1911 in Perth and was afterwards recorded as 'Chinese by marriage'.

She lived with Low King at Fitzgerald Street, Northam, in 1916 (B) and later at Burlong Road, West Northam.
