Biographical informationGee Kee Gin was born in about 1859 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in 1892. He was five feet three inches in height.

He worked as a laundryman with Lon Chew [LON CHEE] in a laundry at 400 William Street, Perth. Lon Chew sold the laundry before returning to China in 1898.
