Biographical informationDare Park was born in January 1876 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in 1895. He was five feet six inches in height.

He worked as a shop keeper for the firm of Chen Hop at 54 Market Street, Fremantle, from at least 1912 to 1915. He worked for Hee Kee, 10 South Terrace, Fremantle, from 1916 until 1919 when he worked for Wing Kee at Bannister Street, Fremantle.

In 1934 he was working as a market gardener for Ah Quon at Bibra Lake.
