Biographical informationChin Look Peter was born in about 1877 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in 1893. He was five feet eight inches in height.

He worked as a shop keeper for C. H. Warley & Co, 43 Market Street, Fremantle before travelling overseas in March 1913. He returned to Western Australia in January 1916 (E).
