Biographical informationAh Woo (2) was born in September 1868 in Canton, China. He migrated to Australia in 1890 and moved to Western Australia in 1894. He left a wife and children in China. He was just over five feet three inches in height.

He was resident in South Australia before arriving in Western Australia. Ah Woo had a quarter share in a market garden leased at Leederville before visiting China in April 1904. He returned to Western Australia in August 1905.

Ah Woo was a gardener at Wanneroo in 1911. He was recorded as a grocer at Hee Kee's shop, 8 South Terrace, Fremantle, in 1916.

He travelled overseas four more times: January to November 1907; June 1911 to June 1912; December 1919 to February 1921; and October 1928 to December 1929. He left WA permanently in June 1936.
