Biographical informationAh Tong (3) was born in about 1857.

He was employed as a labourer.

He was admitted to the Lunatic Asylum on 3 August 1897 and then transferred to Whitby Falls Branch Asylum on 15 September 1897 (C). In April 1898, the Warder at Whitby recommended the transfer back to the asylum of Ah Tong on the basis that he and two other patients, ‘not being suitable for farm work’.
