Timothy was born c.1867. In 1901, he was described as a furniture manufacturer and lived in Lord St, East Perth. He travelled to Melbourne in 1901 to assist with organising the costumes and decorations required for the visit of the Duke and Duchess of York. He travelled to Melbourne with Chung Ah Sang. (SRO, S675, 1901/1223)
