REASON-
I hereby make an application for a discharge for the purpose of resuming essential work on our plantation of which I am part owner.
Owing to the deterioration of my brother’s health + the recent disastrous grasshopper plague on the plantations which has rendered the present crop useless. I hereby ask for an early release so that conditions on our property can be bought back to normal, before we are faced with a state of rack + ruin.
