Biographical informationYee Fred was born in April 1886 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in May 1901. He was four feet eleven and a quarter inches in height.

He worked as a tailor at Roebourne and Cossack from at least 1909 to 1923. He was also recorded as a photographer at Cossack in 1914 (E).
