Biographical informationWong Wing (1) was born in April 1870 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in 1899. He was five feet five and a half inches in height.
He worked as a market gardener in Suburban Road, South Perth, from at least 1910 to 1917 when he went to work on Ah Ling's market garden at Burswood. In 1918 he lived in Newcastle Street, Perth.
He travelled overseas three times: January 1911 to October 1912. July 1916 to November 1918 and February 1922 to July 1923.
