Biographical informationWong Stephen was born in February 1867 in Singapore. He migrated to Western Australia in May 1897. He was just under five feet four inches in height.
He was granted an Eating House Licence in 1910 (Broome Chronicle and Nor'West Advertiser, 11 June 1910, p. 2). He was also a shop keeper in Sheba (or Shiba) Lane, Broome, from at least 1911 to 1927 (E).
