Biographical informationWong Shin Sue (aka Wong Shew Sue & Wong Sing) was born in Canton, China, in August 1882. He migrated to Western Australia in 1898. He was five feet six and a quarter inches in height.

He worked in the Quong Di Hong shop, 379 Murray Street, Perth, in 1907 (E). He was recorded as a cabinet maker in the J. W. Wing Furniture Factory, 218 Roe Street, Perth, in 1918. In 1920 he worked as a herbalist at 145 James Street, Perth (B).
