Biographical informationWorked in the Chong Lim shop, Geraldton, from 1913 to 1918 when he moved to Perth and was employed as a labourer by Kwong Hong Shing, Lake St, Perth. In 1919 he worked as a gardener at Osborne Park.
He was fined £2 in October 1917 and £3 in November 1917 for 'Being Found in a Gaming House' in Geraldton. He was fined £20 and £30 in August 1918 and £30 in September 1918 for 'Keeping a Gaming House'.
