Tong Charlie (aka Young Tip) (董?)was born in April 1876 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in 1898.
He worked as a market gardener on Hamersley's market garden at Guildford in January 1918.
He was suspected of being an illegal immigrant.
He left Western Australia in February 1918 (B).
