Biographical informationSoo Hoo Sing (?德咫) was born in June 1865. He migrated to Western Australia in February 1885.

He worked as a cook at the Roebourne Hotel in 1916. He moved to Perth in December 1916 and stayed at 8 Barclay Street, Perth. He returned to Roebourne in April 1919. He worked at Broome from October 1919 then, in 1921, he moved to Carnarvon (B).
