Biographical informationArrived at Fremantle from Semarang per 'Laughing Wave', on 8 May 1874. Departed for the North-west and possibly Singapore per 'Natal' on 4 March 1885. Arrived from Victoria per 'Franklin' on 20 October 1887. Established the company "See Sing & Co." together with Yee Ah Chan in the 1888 in Cossack and later Roebourne, Western Australia. They were general traders and importers, mainly of Chinese goods. Their shops served the needs of the growing Asian community in Cossack and Roebourne. With the company succeeding, See Sing applied for naturalisation in April 1889 and it was granted. Owner of the schooner 'Harriet', in 1889-1890 (I). He was described as "a respectable businessman at Cossack". He continued running his business until at least 1890, sometime after which he passed on the company to his partners, Fong Warley and Fong Ham.
