QUON Phillip

Biographical informationQuon Phillip was born in November 1883 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in February 1899. He was five feet five and a half inches in height.

He worked as a laundryman in the Shing Lee Laundry, 259 Newcastle Street, Perth, in 1914. In 1916 he was a shop keeper in Hun Sun's shop at 390 William Street, Perth. He moved to 643 Beaufort Street, Perth, in 1917. In 1924 he worked for Cheong & Co, 1236 Hay Street, Perth.

He travelled overseas twice: May 1915 to November 1916; and February 1924 to June 1926.
