Biographical informationMew Toy was born in about 1882 in Hang Shang, China. He migrated to Western Australia in 1901. He was five feet one and a half inches in height.

He worked as a partner with Kum Yuen and Yen Hay Hoy in the J. W. Wing Furniture Factory (M).
