Biographical informationMee Koom (aka Mee Kom) was born in about 1862 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in 1896. He was five feet six inches in height.

He worked as a laundryman in Fremantle in 1910. He worked in the Soon Lee Laundry at 489 Hay Street, Perth, in 1916.
