LOUEY MOW

Description

Biographical informationLouey Mow (吿茂) was born in Canton, China in July 1875 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in 1892 or 1894. He was five feet five inches in height.

He worked as a gardener on the Louey Wah garden at Bayswater in 1899 (C). Then he worked in Guildford Road, Victoria Park in 1916. He moved to Melrose Street, Leederville, in 1918 and then to a market garden at Bayswater in 1919 (B).

He travelled overseas four times: July 1899 to June 1900; February 1906 to June 1908; March 1916 to November 1918; and April 1929 to April 1930 (D).Other nameLouey Mow (differentiated name)吿茂Date of birthJuly 1875
