Biographical informationLee Yee was born in November 1878 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in September 1901. He was five feet seven and three quarter inches in height.
He worked as a market gardener at Woodlupine in 1910 and Victoria Park in 1913 (E). In 1916 he worked on a garden in Bailey Street, Queens Park (B).
He travelled overseas five times: February 1910 to June 1911; June 1913 to June 1915; December 1918 to January 1921; February 1925 to June 1927; and June 1930 to October 1934.
