Biographical informationLee One Kim was born in November 1865 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in 1894. He was five feet five and three quarter inches in height.
He worked as a laundryman at Perth from 1894 to 1906 when he moved to Geraldton and became a partner in the Hop Lee Laundry in Marine Terrace.
He travelled overseas three times: March 1906 to November 1907; November 1911 to August 1913 (lost certificate, replacement issued); and September 1915 to July 1916; He left Western Australia permanently in October 1919.
