Biographical informationLee Fook was born in 1865 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in November 1897 leaving his wife and son in China. He was five feet and five inches in height.

He worked as a market gardener at Gooseberry Hill and owned property at Guildford (Block #7) valued at £30 when he travelled overseas in October 1901. He returned to Western Australia in November 1902 and made a second trip overseas between August 1903 and August 1905 (A).
