Biographical informationLee Chi (aka Lee Chee and Li Chi,李池) was born in about 1861 (or 1865 in War Registration 1948) in Swatow(芳會三村) [Shantou,汕頭], Canton, China. He migrated to Victoria, Australia in about 1882 and moved to Western Australia in 1888. He was five feet four inches in height.
He worked as a market gardener at Albany in 1908.
He travelled overseas in 1909 (E).
In 1942 he was retired and living at 130 James Steet, Perth; in 1948 he was living at 125 James Street, Perth. He had been an inmate in the Old Men's Home.
