Description
Biographical information
Kin Chi was born in about 1856 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in 1890.
He worked as market gardener at Irish Town, Northam, in 1916. He moved to York in 1919. Kin Chi was charged with stealing at York in February 1919.
In December 1919 he was sentenced to two months imprisonment for 'Possessing Opium' in York (B).
