Biographical informationKie Fow (aka Kie Foo) was born in about 1871 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in 1893. He was five feet six and a quarter inches in height.
He worked as an importer and business owner at 398 Murray Street, Perth, in 1902. In 1911 he was a shop keeper at Wing Hing's store, 207 William Street, Perth. He moved to Collie and, in 1916, was recorded as market gardening at Collieburn.
He returned to Perth in 1919 and lived at 21 Lake Street, Perth.
Kie Fow travelled overseas four times: February 1903 to February 1904; December 1911 to November 1912 [this looks to be another person]; February 1917 to June 1918; and August 1927 to December 1928.
