Biographical informationKie Chee was born in October 1880 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in August 1898.

He was working as a market gardener at Perth in 1910. He was recorded as a farmer at Bunbury in 1916. In 1923 he gave his address as 28 Geddes Street, Victoria Park, and his occupation as market gardener.
