Biographical informationHong Harry was born in about 1877. He migrated to Victoria in 1879 with his parents. He attended a Government School in Victoria for six years before moving to Western Australia in 1895.
When he arrived, he worked as a shop assistant for Wing Sang Wah, 165 William Street, Perth. In 1898 he applied for a CEDT to visit his parents. In 1899 he was living at Geraldton and was a member of the Church of Christ when he applied for naturalisation. His application was refused (C).Other nameHong, Harry (differentiated name)
