Biographical information
Gow Charlie was born in about 1859. He migrated to Western Australia in 1885.
He owned freehold property and was a partner in Ah Ling & Co., Barrack Street, Perth, in the 1890s. He gave his occupation as a draper in the firm.
On 23 December 1897 he applied for naturalisation but his request was refused (C).
