Biographical informationGoon Foo was born in about 1875 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in 1896. He was five feet eight and three quarter inches in height.

He was a partner in the Emu Laundry, 51 Lake Street, Perth, in 1911 (F).

In 1916 he was employed as a market gardener in Mary Street, Bayswater. He moved to 44 Roe Street, Perth.

Goon Foo was fined £10 for 'Possessing Opium' in June 1918 (B).
