Gee Kee was born in about 1868 (or 1871) in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in March 1891 (or October 1895). He was five feet four and a half inches in height.
He was working as a gardener when he travelled overseas in early 1900 and returned in November 1900.
He leased a shop at Fremantle in 1902. In 1916 he was working as a laundryman at the Sam Sun Laundry, 62 [74?] Pier Street, Perth (B).
He worked as a market gardener at Osborne Park in 1916.
He was fined £10 for 'Smoking Opium' at Perth in May 1918.
