Biographical informationFong You (2) (aka Fong Yow) was born in about 1871 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in 1891. He was five feet eight inches in height.

He worked as a tailor in Derby from at least 1912 to 1936 (E). He spent some time at Broome in 1916 and 1934 (B).
