FONG TOY TACK

Description

Biographical informationFong Toy Tack was born in November 1869 in Canton, China. He migrated to Australia in ?1888 and moved to Western Australia in January 1898. He was just over five feet zero inches in height.

He worked as shop keeper and tailor in Carnarvon Street, Broome, from 1907 to 1924 (E). In 1922 he was a partner in Wing Hing Loong Co., Carnarvon Street, Broome.

He travelled overseas three times: July 1907 to January 1909; February 1912 to May 1915; and January 1918 to June 1921. He left Western Australia permanently in August 1924 (D).Other nameFong Toy Tack (differentiated name)Date of birthNovember 1869
