FONG HAM

Description

Biographical informationFong Ham was born in about 1863 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in 1888. He was five feet five inches in height. He was the uncle of Jock Sign.

He was an original partner and manager of the firm See Sing & Co., Roebourne. He returned to China in June 1899 to see his wife and mother and to conduct business for See Sing & Co (C). He was recorded as a merchant in 1915 (E).
