Description

Biographical informationChung Poy (1) was born in about 1872 (or 1876?) in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in 1891. He was five feet eight inches in height.

He worked as a market gardener in 1900 and was a shop keeper at Perth in 1902. He was recorded as a market gardener in 1910 and in 1916 he worked on a market garden at Wanneroo.

He travelled overseas three times: around March 1900 to December 1900; June 1902 to May 1903; and May 1910 to June 1912. He left Western Australia permanently in June 1918.Other nameChung Poy, 1872- (differentiated name)Date of birth1872
