Biographical informationChoy Seek (aka Choy Seck) was born in March 1871 in Hong Kong. He migrated to Western Australia in 1891. He was five feet four and a half inches in height.
He worked as a cook at Yuin Station, Murchison, when he applied for a CEDT in December 1898 (C). Between 1917 and 1920, he worked as a station cook at Geraldton; at Yarrabubba Station, Nannine; Cararang Station, Sharks Bay; Twin Peaks Station, Mullewa; Edah Station, Day Dawn; and Yallalong station, Mullewa (B).
He travelled overseas four times: July 1911 to August 1912; March 1915 to April 1916; June 1921 to April 1923; and July 1926 to December 1928.
