Held naturalisation papers from Hong Kong. In 1889 he gave his occupation as a general dealer and partner in the firm See Sing & Co. in Roebourne. He applied jointly with Yee Ah Chan. when he applied for naturalisation in WA on 23 July 1889. His stated religion was "Christian" and his English was marked as "very good".
