Biographical informationChong Han was born on the 24th December 1882 in Kwangling, China. He migrated to Western Australia in December 1896. He was a little over five feet six inches in height.
In 1907 he married Chong Han, Anna Freida Olsen, a Chinese citizen who was Danish by birth (BDM 1907/100339). The couple separated on 3 October 1932.
He worked as a market gardener in Armagh Street, Victoria Park, in 1920 (B). In 1949 he described his occupation as merchant.
He travelled overseas twice: March to September 1925; and November 1947 to September 1949.
