CHING Tom

Biographical informationChing Tom was born in December 1881 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in June 1898. He was five feet five inches in height.

He was working as a laundryman at Perth from at least 1909 to 1915. In July 1916 he worked on a market garden in Garratt Road, Bayswater. He resumed laundry work at Hong Lee's laundry, 240 William Street, Perth, in 1921 (B).
