Biographical information
Cheng Loy was born in July 1866 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in 1884.
He worked as a tailor residing at Jap Town, Carnarvon, in 1916.
He was admitted to Royal Perth Hospital in April 1920 suffering from cancer (B).
