Biographical informationChen Napkin (or Chen Nop) was born in about 1868 in China. He migrated to Western Australia in 1890. He was five feet eight and half inches in height. He was the father of Ah Pheng and Ah Cheak.
He leased a market garden at North Fremantle before travelling to China in May 1902. He returned to Western Australia with his two sons in May 1903 (A).
