Biographical informationChen Chock was born in about 1862 in Canton, China. He migrated to Western Australia in 1891. He was about five feet and nine inches in height.
He was granted an exemption in December 1897 to return to China to visit his wife and children. His occupation at this time was laundryman. He returned in May 1899.
He was a partner in the Sing Kee [Lee] Laundry, 43 Lord Street, Perth, from 1900 to 1912 (E).
