He worked as a market gardener in Wright Street, East Perth, in 1916. He then worked on a market garden in Havelock Street, West Perth, in June 1918, before moving to Kwong Hing's market garden, Osborne Park, in August 1918. He returned to Havelock Street, West Perth, in 1919.
This is probably the "Chin Buck" who died on 5th July 1927 at the Hospital for the Insane in Claremont and who was buried at Karrakatta Cemetery in the Chinese Section, BA A Plot 48.
