CHANG LOY

Description

Biographical informationChang Loy was born in about 1869 in Canton, China.

He was a fish and dugong meat trader who resided in Broome. In the Golden West Magazine 1925-26 (pgs 36-37), it was stated that it was "an incontestable fact [that he was] a smuggler of opium".
